Immersive tourism infrastructure pilot in East Kazakhstan.

BigChanger is developing a technology-based tourism infrastructure pilot in the Ridder region (East Kazakhstan). We are forming a pool of global technology partners for the pilot phase to define the architecture, validate solutions, and build a scalable model for expansion.

Stage: Partner outreach (non-binding) Format: PPP / public-private cooperation Location: East Kazakhstan • Ridder region

Executive summary

What: immersive, tech-driven tourism infrastructure pilot.
Where: East Kazakhstan (Ridder region).
Why: create a flagship attraction + scalable platform for regional tourism modernization.
Now: collecting partners to shape the pilot architecture and collaboration pathways.

What BigChanger is building

Clear scope, partner-ready language, no fantasy.

Project concept

A high-visibility pilot infrastructure project designed around immersive technology and premium visitor experience. The pilot is structured as a scalable model: define the technical architecture, validate solutions in a real environment, then expand the ecosystem (additional venues, services, and regional connectivity) after pilot confirmation.

  • Core outcome: a working, visitable pilot attraction with measurable performance and visitor feedback.
  • Scaling model: repeatable deployment playbook for future sites and partners.
  • Partner role: technology showcase + integration collaboration + long-term deployment potential.

Why this matters (for partners)

This is a practical entry point into a new region through a flagship pilot project with a clear roadmap. It offers a real showcase environment, brand visibility, and a scalable collaboration path beyond a single installation.

  • Market entry via pilot: visible, structured, measurable deployment.
  • Showcase environment: real visitors, real usage, real data (not a “demo room”).
  • Long-term optionality: expansion phases and replication if the pilot proves out.

Status and delivery model

Delivery model: PPP / public-private cooperation framework. The public side supports land/infrastructure and regional facilitation; private side supports capital expenditure, systems, and operations. BigChanger leads concept, integration vision, and partner coordination.

  • Current stage: pre-contract / partner outreach, non-binding discussions.
  • Goal now: align on partner fit and integration roadmap for the pilot phase.

What “partner-ready” means here: clear contact, defined scope areas, and a short path to next steps (intro call → technical fit → partner program mapping → pilot architecture discussion).

  • Requested output from partners: “sounds interesting” + who we should talk to next.
  • Not requested right now: binding commitments or purchase orders.

Partnership request

What we ask, what we offer, what happens next.

What we are asking for

  • 1) Correct point of contact (team/department/person) for immersive display, imaging, AV, or R&D collaboration.
  • 2) Fit assessment for relevant product lines and partner programs.
  • 3) Short next-step guidance: what info you need to evaluate collaboration pathway.

What we offer partners

  • Real pilot environment for technology showcase and validation in a visitor context.
  • Co-branding / visibility aligned with partner requirements (where applicable).
  • Scaling option after pilot confirmation (replication and long-term roadmap discussions).

What happens next (simple workflow)

  • Step 1: Intro email or call (15–30 min) to confirm direction and right teams.
  • Step 2: Technical fit mapping (high-level architecture + relevant categories).
  • Step 3: Partner program / collaboration format selection (non-binding at this stage).
  • Step 4: Pilot architecture discussion and phased plan alignment.

Technology scope (high-level)

We speak your language, not “trust me bro”.

Immersive display & visualization

  • Large-format / dome / immersive display systems
  • Projection / LED / optical solutions (as applicable)
  • Calibration & alignment tooling for stable quality
  • Operational reliability (serviceability, lifecycle)

Imaging & content pipeline

  • Cameras / sensors and capture workflows (where relevant)
  • Post / mastering pipelines and QC
  • Real-time engines / interactive tooling (where needed)
  • Asset pipeline and scalable production approach

Audio & visitor experience

  • Spatial sound / premium AV design direction
  • Room/venue acoustic strategy (high-level)
  • Reliability for public operation (monitoring, maintenance)

Integration & operations

  • Systems integration approach (vendors, interfaces, QA)
  • Monitoring / telemetry for operations and reporting
  • Security & compliance aligned with public venue standards

Roadmap (pilot-first)

Clear phases: define → validate → scale.
  • Phase A: Partner alignment (now) — introductions, fit assessment, mapping partner programs and collaboration formats.
  • Phase B: Pilot architecture — high-level system design, integration approach, validation criteria, phased deployment plan.
  • Phase C: Pilot implementation — installation, commissioning, operational readiness, quality validation.
  • Phase D: Scaling — replication and expansion discussions based on pilot performance and stakeholder alignment.
